These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Chi Massage Method online course ("Course") provided by Brent Kee doing business as Chi BioEnergetic Healing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Course, you ("Student," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms.
1. Course Access and License Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course materials solely for your personal professional development as a massage therapist or bodyworker. You may not share, sell, rent, distribute, copy, reproduce, or otherwise make the Course content available to any third party. All content is protected by copyright and remains our exclusive property.
2. No Medical, Therapeutic, or Professional Advice The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It teaches proprietary Chi/BioEnergetic techniques to help practitioners achieve better client results and potentially charge higher rates. The information and techniques in the Course are not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for professional medical, physical therapy, or licensed bodywork training. We are not medical doctors, physical therapists, or providing clinical care. Always consult with qualified licensed healthcare professionals for any medical or health concerns regarding your clients or yourself. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
3. This course was originally produced with NCBTMB CEU approval, which has since expired. The National Board watermark visible in the training videos is simply a remnant from the original editing and does not mean the course currently offers CEU credits.

4. Refund Policy For the Beta Special pricing, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the Course content. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details. After 14 days or once significant access has been granted, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital access once the Course has been substantially used.
5. Student Responsibilities You agree to use the techniques ethically and within the scope of your professional license and local regulations. You are solely responsible for how you apply the material with your clients.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Course. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.
7. Termination We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
